Updated Terms and Policies

Scend, LLC, d/b/a Rich Dealers Institute constantly innovates and evolves its service to deliver the best possible experience. Consequently, we have updated (i) the License Agreement which governs your use of our intellectual property; (ii) the Privacy Policy which governs what information we collect from and share between you and third party services; and (iii) the Terms of Service, which governs the other aspects of our relationship with you (collectively, the “Agreements”). These revised Agreements are effective immediately.

It is your obligation to review these Agreements and we strongly encourage that you do so. Accessing the password protected portion of our web site and/or using our intellectual property and any of the materials found in the password protected portion of our web site is your agreement to be bound by these Agreements, as they are updated and amended from time to time.
